Selecting siege with non siege units together makes non siege move at siege speeds

:question: control group and movement bug

Here is the problem I’m experiencing…

when siege is selected with non siege units, non siege units move at siege units speeds

Here’s how to reproduce the issue:

  1. use create group command on military unit/units (press “control+Alt+ 0”)
  2. Select all TCs (press “Control+Shift+h”) que vill (Press q+q)
  3. press select group(Press “alt+0”) button to return to created group
  4. check how “alt+0” group moves <-------------------- BUG
  5. select 1 from “alt+0” group and right to move anywhere and see it move normally
  6. select all from “alt+0” group and check how group moves <-------------again buggy

N.B: this was present in earlier versions as well , possibly from Beta, and i found it very difficult to reproduce, maybe pings effect the bug , but this time i was playing ai

I didn’t quite understand what you mean.

seems the bug is with 60 military selected at once

when 60 military is selected at once they move slower vs when 1 military is selected

also,
select all military shortcut “Shift+,” does not work as intended/need a QoL update
suggested function : “shift+,” should select all “IDLE” land military as opposed to select all land military as it is live now

It is not a bug. It is how it is supposed to be. The group move at the slowest unit speed of the group and this is for the formations.

This is how the game is supposed to play.
If you have problems managing groups of different units. Assign them to a control group (with CTRL + {1…9}) and move the groups individually. So you can freely move the faster cavalry and the slow siege at their own velocities.
