Settings reset to default when updating

  • Build Number: 481060R → 486684R

  • Platform: Steam

  • Operating System: Windows 10

Issue:

After upgrading the game to the new version, all my settings were lost, and set back to default. Autoqueue villagers at Game Start was off, Allow Villager Priority was back on, Enable Alternative HUD Layout was off, etc.

It’s very important that people’s settings stay consistent unless they make a conscious decision to change them.

Trigger Event:

Update Age of Mythology: Retold via the Steam upgrade mechanism.

Hotkeys seem not to have been affected.
