The settlement of the South American civs looks like pre-DE 3x3 building foundations when under construction. I don’t know if this is by design or was a design oversight.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play as any South American civ

  2. Place a settlement to build

  3. Build it and see its foundation during construction

:backhand_index_pointing_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not prese nt?

Probably the settlement under construction was supposed to have an appearance of a building in progress, with its “skeleton” and some walls being gradually erected, not to look like an AOK/AOE2HD-style wall-less foundation.
