A settler got stuck in a barracks while hunting.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Task a settler to hunt
  2. Task a settler to build a barracks near the hunt
  3. The hunter may get trapped in the barracks

The settler should not be stuck in a building.
