Settler wagon not counted to settler population

First of al it shouldnt always be demanded to fill in this whole list if people have simple bugs.

Second of all for the Germans the Settler Wagon isnt counted towards settler population which is really annoying when you are trying to figure out why you have so small army but so much resources. And this is obviously a bug in the latest patch of the day that I post this.

You mean the settler build limit or the economic unit population count in the post game?

The in-game settler count at your resources.
