Shadows game graphic not showing properly

Issue:

in game flying units shadow not showing properly. when a hawk fly over building the shadow does not cast over building instead it disappear.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. start the game
  2. make lots of buildings
  3. wait for hawk/bird to fly by and go over them.
  4. shadow not showing over buildings.
