It seems to be working some what with other civs but with mongol it just allows you to upgrade more or less one at a time as in after you click once then ability or icon doesn’t allow you to keep clicking or hold the shortcut key to upgrade until all selected towers have accepted the upgrade queue.
If possible, whilst fixing this issue can you add an upgrade all selected towers or keep button if funds allow starting from the building that is clicked on.
