The shinobi looks like a really nice unit on paper. In practice, the execution is a bit off.
Here is what the abilities of the shinobi need to actually work.

Replace the stand ground ability with no attack toggle. This would prevent the shinobi from attacking while toggled on. The reason is that stand ground toggles off when move orders are given, and the shinobi needs to just blend in and act the part while disguised.

Add an assassinate button. Its literally in the description that they “assassinate targets” so why no long cooldown assassinate that can be used to off villagers? 1 hit k.o. Only usable while disguised ofc.

The vanish smokebomb needs work. Its good in theory. In practice it doesn’t vanish them. The range needs to be longer, and when the shinobi disapears they should fully despawn for a good 3-5 seconds before respawning and respawning with a disguise already active.

While disguised, the shinobi should see the vision range of enemy scouts.
