Shinobi Smoke bomb ability bugged

Issue: Shinobi abilities cannot be activated manually for more than 1 shinobi at a time

When you use shinobi and you research the smoke bombs ability from Watatsumi you cannot click Shift W and activate the ability for all shinobi or click Shift Q to activate the speed/damage boost.

In order to use these abilities you must click Q or W respectively once for each shinobi. This is totally untenable to do in a game and click for each individual unit every time you want to use the ability

Trigger Event: Build a Shinobi. Press Shift Q. If you have smoke bombs press Shift W

Repro Steps: Build a Shinobi. Press Shift Q. If you have smoke bombs press Shift W

Note: I think this applies to many other units such as white horse cav arrows or pioneer lanturns but Shinobi is the one I tested and had problems with

Its not just Shinobi, shift + q doesnt activate abilities as it should. Same happens to Anubites, who either jump on delay or do not jump together at all.
