Should we add Scout in Barracks to counter Pro Scout?

If I select English, how can I fight with French which has its School of Cavalry and train Knights and Scouts in the early Feudal?
Oh lord French even has discount on Mill and Pro Scout Tech.

Yep I could build Barrack and train some Spearmen to defend Knight’s attack then try disturb those Scouts’ carrying work, but Barrack can’t training Scouts always makes it too late to keep up with French after you build another Stable. Most Deers will still be taken away for you always slow behind.

So, should we let Barracks can produce Scout?
Otherwise you can never compete with French on Deer issue.

Or maybe we can go further, add Scout both in Barracks and Archery Range.
I don’t know if Council Hall will become OP, maybe we can make Pro Scout Tech being research slower in this case.

No please , that’s really bad idea, don’t make the whole game around pro scouting.

It’s just a trend right now it’s not even that strong
