I am tired of going random and facing picked civs who are the best civ for the map. For example Aztecs on gold rush, Turks in Arena, Vikings in Islands, Mongols in Steppe. I get that DE wants to make opponents civ hidden so can add an option that shows picked or random next to opponents name? Also give 10 second count down after ready so if random suddenly turns to pick you have time to unready and pick a civ.
Myself and im sure plenty of players are stuck in this dilemma of going random since thats what we did as good sports in HD and then being pissed off when you lose to OP picked civs when you get an unlucky random civ match up.
