Mongol Silver Tree’s create trader hotkey (Q) is hard-coded and doesn’t follow changes to Market keybindings (specifically, the “produce_trade_cart” entry in the *.rkp file).
If you remap the Market keybindings to produce a trader from Q to W, the change will work properly in the Market, but it will be stuck as Q in the Silver Tree.
Also, there is no way to change Silver Tree keybindings directly.
