Simple modification to improve the awful teamgame experience

I like to solo queue for TGs and there are many like me. Today for the 4th consecutive time I faced with 3 15xx randoms against full stack teams. One of them was average rated 2200… Obviously there is no fun if you know from the start you gonna get destroyed in 5 minutes. I heard from many people they quit because of the bad TG system.

ALT + F4 is on the rise again. Players are closing the game nonstop if they think their team is weak. I don’t like to do it but that just means I get the shorter end of the stick more often.

I propose for fairness there should be a checkbox to indicate you only want to get teamed with and against other solo queuers and the system should make it so. I am willing to wait more to have a better game. I mean even for the stack just bashing on weaker teams should be pointless.

Probably right now how it works is if there is a stack team in queue which is way stronger then the rest, then after some time 4 unlucky players are thrown for them to feast on. Stack teams should face stack teams. If there are no other stack teams in queue or 4 solos who allow the checkbox vs them, then system could just tell them. There is no need to force completely unbalanced games.

Lets discuss…also I would appreciate devs chiming in. Is it possible or some variations of it or even other solutions? If not, then why not?

Not a single developer cares about this issue, but hey they will announce a new dlc for may-june, don’t forget to buy and wait for the fixed improved and magic pathfinding.

This game should never have happened. If there is no team in lets say ±200 average elo range of pros (200 is way more in tg then 1v1), then don’t match them and tell them to try another time. With that being said, these guys know very well they will just destroy a much weaker team and still do it.

My guess it that people often dodge because they dislike the map pool as well.

But yeah the teamgame experience is awful right now. 2 days ago i queued 7 minutes to find a game. In the enemy team was sb who insta quitted(people said he is doing it all the time and his name was already toxic).

Considering that i needed to wait 7 minutes for that and knew that if i queue up again he will probably be again in my game i decided to close the game without actually playing 1 game.

3 days ago i “played” 2 games. In the first game(on blackforest 4vs4) the other flank ragequit because the pocketscout wasn’t there in time. The second one enemy instaquitted as well for no reason.

Things like these force the people to abandon multiplayer(at least ranked) which leads to unfair matchmakings because of the lack of players.

Its funny how this still has not been fixed but yet we are getting moving png’s as profile pictures and more broken pathing, yippie casual playerbase! :joy::+1:
