Skullknight training speed is not reduced by fenching school shipment

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. 10 priests dancing in community plaza
  2. Dance for building skullknights
  3. Send fenching school shipment

Shipment description says +40% build time.
Doesnt effect build time at all

It is not a bug. Description of the card specifically said -40% for all Infantry and +40% for Skull Knights to cancel each other out.

The only way to reduce spawning time for Skull Knights (apart from more Plaza dancers) is researching Immigrants tech in Age IV. It gives extra 5% speed and 10% to all other units:

As stated above, this is intended behavior. Fencing school affecting skull knight training would be a massive eco boost and would be severely unbalanced.

Immigrants no longer applies the training boost, that effect got moved to Imperial Age and is automatically applied.
