My mods are stuck in “Downloading” in the game.
Can anyone share the “Small Trees” mod files?
I just need this one.

Did you see if its not only a issue ingame ?
Check you mod folder
C:\Users\USERNAME\Games\Age of Empires 2 DE\LONG_ID\mods
See if the files are in subscribed !
if yes copy the folder of the specific mod to the mods/local folder
