Some Chinese content is not available in the Editor

Issue:

Some Chinese content is not available in the Editor:

  • Chinese Terrain (the categories are empty and searching for Chine gives no results)
  • Chinese random maps (error when I try generate them)
  • Chinese Waters don’t work (nothing happens when I try painting it)

Other content is there:

  • All Chinese units and buildings are there including campaign exclusives
  • Chinese Forests are there but don’t place terrain
  • Chinese cliffs are there but don’t place terrain
  • Playing the Chinese civs in general
  • Invoking Chinese god powers
  • All Chinese technologies are available in triggers

I do own the DLC and the other content (like the Campaign) works.

ok the bug is very strange and different then I thought.

I can access all the Chinese content, including terrain, cliffs and water if I load an existing scenario.
This existing scenario can also be a newly created one. I just have to load it.

Unless I load a scenario the units and buildings also don’t make any sounds when places or moved.

I still can’t generate Chinese random maps in the editor though.

Very strange bug.

It’s getting stranger.
When I test the Scenario the terrain is gone again!
