Some federal state upgrades of Mexican civilization need to be nerfed in treaty games
Some of the Mexican civilization’s federal state upgrades make it nearly invincible in treaty games. These federal states are: Tlaxcala (Commerce Age), Guerrero (Industrial Age), Puebla (Imperial Age). Combined with these three federal state supports and the Mexican civilization’s military field of 115 inhabitants, it becomes nearly impossible to defeat the Mexican civilization in the treaty games by any civilization other than itself. So these 3 federal province upgrades definitely need to be nerfed. In this way, it may become possible to defeat the Mexican civilization with other civilizations in treaty games.
Suggestions to nerf these 3 federal state upgrades
Tlaxcala (Commerce Age): Conquistador unit must either be removed or take up 2 population slots.
Guerrero (Industrial Age): Aztec Jaguar Warriors and Eagle Warriors must either be removed or take up 1 population slot.
Puebla (Imperial Age): Forts should increase the hit points and attack of infantry and cavalry with an area of effect of 32 around them by 10 or 15 percent, instead of 25 percent.
