Some Home city customizations are bugged and don't appear

Some Home City customizations doesn’t work, specially in the campaign but some civ HC are bugged too.

Unlock some customizations
Apply
Some won’t appear

In the second act of the first campaign, unlocking the black and white version of the cathedral doesn’t have an effect. The same thing happens with the flags in the Hagia Sophia, Ottoman HC:

They just don’t work. I am sure there ae more I haven’t found yet, but I give you the heads ups so you can check them all.
