Some unit voice lines are really loud

Issue:

certain unit quips are exponentially louder than other voices. It mainly affectr heroes like Arkantos and Amanra in the campaign but I am sure there will be more

Trigger Event:

units are selected and given commands

Repro Steps:

  1. Select any of the heroes and move them around so they cycle their voice lines
  2. every once in a while you get one of the voice lines that is atleast 100% louder than the rest
