Issue:
Because of changes made in the most recent patch, the following units are now (presumably unintentionally) immune to the Tempest God Power because they are not classed as military or economic units:
- Kataskopos
- Oracle
- Oracle Hero
- Ox Cart
- Roc (Landed)
- Transport Ships
- These SPC units (good to fix for custom scenarios):
- Athena
- Old Man
- Sword Bearers
- Trojan Horse
This is inconsistent with most other units and similar God Powers. (Lightning Storm can hit all units and buildings with only a few specified exceptions.)
