Nah, I prefeer a different version. Xolotl Warrior for Aztecs and Maya, Rinriyoq Horseman for Inca, Muisca, Mapuche and Tupi.
I think regional skins would be good enough. I think the current rider model is the same as the OG Jaguar Warrior after all
Full on regional units are cool and I think American civs need more, but not everything needs to be represented by a completely new unit.
And a generic name maybe. “Native raider” or “American horseman” for example.
