Spanish age 3 politicians vs germans bugged to show german options

When playing spanish civ in sp skirmish and mp ranked battles, sometimes i face the germans.

Whenever this is the case, my age 3 politicians choice is overwritten by the german ones.

When i select one for the german reward on age-up, that reward doesn’t come, but instead the hidden one that the spanish would ordinarily receive in that slot.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. create match with you as spain and germans as opponent
2. play game until age 2
3. Click TC age up button, see the age 3 politicians options are the german ones.
4. Age up with any any, see the shipment at age up completion is not the same.

EXPECTED RESULT

Should see the spanish politicians in age up screen.
