In the Act II: China campaign, the Blind Monks that the player receives from the Chinese Mercenary Army Consulate army are the treasure guardian variant, rather than the mercenary variant of the unit.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Play Act II: China.
2. Build a Consulate
3. Age up to the Industrial Age.
4. Train the Chinese Mercenary Army.
5. Get GRD Blind Monk units.
