Spectator can't see in-game chat

Issue:

Spectators cannot see in-game player chatter while spectating a game.

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem: spectate a match, ask the person you are spectating if they typed something in chat.

  1. Spectate a friends game.
  2. Ask friend to type in chat.
  3. Observe chat for a message from the player.

Big issue with spectating right now. I’m sure T90 has talked about this with the team as well.
