Spider eggs from resigned players still do... stuff

Issue:

Spider eggs from resigned players won’t devour enemy units but will still interact with them in weird ways, by parrtially trapping them and causing soldiers to scream in loop.

Repro Steps:

  1. Cast spider eggs
  2. Resign
  3. Have another player run into them
