Hi. I started doing the Spring Event yesterday, and completed the first quest of researching Hand Cart. When I logged in today, the new quest was again research Hand Cart instead of the next one, build a Trade Cart. Does anyone have this problem too?

One thing you can try is to log out and log back in immediately after completing a challenge to verify that it has unlocked. It may be related to a variable internet connection after completing the challenge, which means it will help to verify that your progress is saved properly before the next challenge.
If that does not work, would you mind catching a screenshot or video of the issue? Anything that I can pass to the team will be most helpful as they try to get this fixed up.
