Because they still use the architecture set from the old Indian civ, who didn’t have battle elephants, as this would be easier than redoing stuff. Not sure why the Middle Eastern set doesn’t get camels though.
There are two elephant sculptures on the roof and two horses and a camel standing inside of a South-Asian stable.
Wait, Bengalis and Dravidians don’t get Camels
