Steam achievements stopped working

Issue:

Hi,
I repaired my win10, and after that progress in my achievements stopped counting (homes, axemen etc.) Yet I was able to achieve winning random map achievs (no archery and cavarly win). Anyone experiencing the same? Anyone knows how to fix it?
PS. I tried veryfing integrity and reinstalling. No success
PSS. Tracking campaign missions progress works as well. I am buffled ::frowning:

Reproduction Steps:

  1. build house in campaign
  2. quit
  3. progress is not counted

I figured it out. Progress is not synchronized on different PCs, unlike saves
