My brother cannot play the game anymore. Steam offer him to buy the game. I checked several times that the family mode is activated.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Open Main steam account
- Activate family mode with the person you want
- Loggin on the other steam account
- You cannot play AOE2 and must buy the game
