Steam uninstalled my game - apparently it is back in closed beta

My game has been delisted from steam, despite the install still being there.

It has a ‘closed beta’ tag in the title. There are no active beta’s, and it won’t let me install the game!

Can you right click on game -> Properties -> Local Files -> Uninstall? And then install again?
