:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

I have heavy stuttering in game after a few seconds, it happens in a local game, the benchmark or playing online. But if I start recording the game with the AMD Software it stops.

It doesn’t matter if you have ReBAR/AMD SAM enabled or disabled, any overlay (AMD, Steam, Gamebar) disabled, with FreeSync or any sync option enabled or disabled, or with Secure Virtual Machine disabled, or closing background app (with the exception of AMD or Steam).

Temps are normal (not over 60ºC), this is a clean Windows 11 install.

Play the game or do the benchmark, it starts to stuttering.
Stop the game or benchmark
Open the AMD Software through overlay (Alt + R)
Start recording
Play the game or do the benchmark, and will not stuttering

The game should run smooth without recording.
