Suggest adding a +1/1 UT for their cav.
HRE horsemen look like they’re equipped with heavier armour than other civs, and it made me wonder if initially they were supposed to be stronger than their equivalents from other civs.
The UT would also add to the civs diversity as well as their knight alluding to the Teutonic ritterbruder.
For balance sake it could possibly add a slight speed debuff. But I don’t think it’s necessary, when we consider French or rus cav
