Gurjaras are presently sitting near the bottom of win rates on all maps, and in games under 20 minutes they’re winning less than 1/3rd of games. It’s pretty clear that the improvements of Men-at-Arms rushes are getting their Mills sniped way too often, destroying their herdable bonus and leaving them hopelessly behind when it happens.
To reduce the number of early resigns due to Mills getting raided, I think Gurjaras should get more HP on their Mills as a civ bonus. This would make their herdable bonus safer and give them more time to react to an early attack without making their eco bonus any stronger.

Maybe they should get a unique design on their mill as well then (like the Folwark)? So that it is visually apparent that it is different from a regular mill. Perhaps you could garrison villagers inside it as well? Makes your farming eco a little bit safer too.
On the other hand, maybe players just haven’t figured out how to play the civ in this new patch yet. An easy solution could be to build your Mill within range of your TC. Then it can’t be destroyed by MAAs.
Your berries may not be that close to your TC. It’s not worth it to put your Mill more than 1 tile away from your berries.
That’s true of course. I forgot why you’re supposed to build a mill in the first place.
