# Suggestion : Show the data/statistics of every ability

Hello. As a fan of AOM I want to make this retold the best possible, so after playing for few weeks now I will try to give some feedbacks, here is the first :

It would be interesting to give more informations about what is doing an ability.

For example how much time the nemean lion roar stun and slow, how much damage this spell does, the cooldown in seconds etc… To every /ability in the game, but also including how much damage divine gods spells are doing too, or how much time they are doing X effect if they are slowing/stunning etc… Because some divine gods powers are pretty obvious but some others need more data documentation.

More clarity is always better for the sake of the game !

Agreed!

I’ve had to do a large number of manual tests in the editor to figure out some of the values myself (especially as the AOM Retold Wiki isn’t always up to date) so this would save everyone a lot of extra hassle and increase clarity which is always important =)

And back in the days I could open the data where all numbers are, now I don’t find this file anyways.

Maybe someone know where it is ?

extract the Data.bar file and see the proto.xml (many abilities are a combination between unitaction and ability, so you often also need to open the abilities fils in abilities folder to know which belong together)
