Suggestions for Viking civilization

Vikings should have the ability to kidnap and convert villagers. It would also be interesting if there were gold bonuses or tributes from killing religious units or destroying monasteries

They need some kind of raiding inf, fast, with a pasive to steal resources from killing villagers or burning buildings (just like mongols).
Shield Wall: As an active ability, or a pasive when a certain kind unit brings more defense/hp to others.
Dragon Ships: Nothing more to add, just dragon ships.
Fancy stuff? They could bring ax-throwers, Jarls, even Huskarls.
Religion Choices? Something like Japan

Viking units should take their clothes off when they charge.

Danish villagers should be able to ‘Go Viking’. Click a button and poof - they turn into a raider. Costs a resource to change them, though when then destroy a building or kill a unit they gain a small bounty back.

I like that idea thematically, but I feel like it would be too weak to play competitively. If you convert a villager they would need to kill at least two villagers to be worth
