Sun-dried Mud-brick increases Titan Gate build time?

Issue:

The Sobek technology “Sun-dried Mud-brick” is supposed to reduce building build times, but in the description, it says Titan Gate: Build time +25%
I haven’t tested it in game to see if it actually increases the build time (which would be a bug) or if it’s just an error in the description (still a bug)

No, it’s just to cancel out the effect it has on Titan Gate because it’s a building. It reduces the build time for all buildings by 25% then increases Titan Gate 25% back to where it started. It’s a confusing tooltip. There are other techs like that.

Does that also apply to Wonders? Cause I assume a wonder also counts as buildings.
