Hi
I cannot play the game, crashes at splash screen. I tried everything i found online.
I tried Microsoft Chat, Hotline (3 times) and wrote an email to agede_support@microsoft.com, they didn’t even respond.
I cannot get a refund as I bought it in february.
How the …:*** do I get this working? I wasted about 10 hours in total trying to fix this.
They don’t respond, period. Not even “we don’t know how to fix that, but thanks for reporting”.

Empires Apart is a rip-off this is only a 4K bugged game in Beta state.

@sonictimm Joe has been the community manager for a few years now and mostly manages the business side. Jenn is the community coordinator who engages with the community more frequently.

The instant messaging client has several problems when you type the message.
This problem was resolved in the previous version by applying the patch installation. In case the game is reinstalled on the PC platform using Windows 10 “updated” the problem of freezing of the application presents itself. The instant messaging editbox does not work, typing the characters if you are lucky, the first complete execution sending the message, then presents the freezing problem of the application that you can restore by exiting the “focus” of the game dialog box. This happens both in the single player and also in multiplayer.

Estamos en 14 de Mayo y no he podido jugar a la versión original de juego. Aparece el mismo error que del 20 de febrero. He enviado correos en ingles para que me respondan pero no he recibido respuesta y me he comunicado al soporte técnico de Windows y Xbox y ninguno me brindan solución.
Primero, me parece increÃble que todavÃa no hayan solucionado el problema del cierre del juego y todavÃa existamos personas que no hayamos podido jugar.
Segundo, considero que el error que estoy presentando es por culpa de los servicios DCOM y Windows Store; me explico, un mes atrás descargué una copia ilegal del juego para comprobar si mi equipo cumple con los requisitos y el juego funcionó correctamente. ¿Por qué insisto que es problema de la tienda Windows y sus servicios DCOM? Simple, porque me aparece en el visor de eventos el siguiente error:
Espero que en alguna ocasión se tomen la molestia el equipo de soporte de AoE y revisé lo sucedido y pueda corregir los errores.

Rhrmm i are the one that put the face here, but u are not the one that should be take a connection with the player. I never see an answer to any post of someone of the team from 2 month, this is frustrating , stupid, and dont a good marketing action for the future release of any Microsoft games.
Who buy the game expect , also bug fixes some features that was in the original plan, or some explanation where this game will goes…
