AoEURLInstaller_Steam.exe/VCRUNTIME140_1.dll error

With the help of our friend google I discovered that VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is part of Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2019 redistributable. I had to install both x86 and x64 versions for it to work.
