Team game matchmaking is broken

Please fix the matchmaking algorythm for teamgames.

It seems like random teams versus premade teams is very very unfair. The premade team should be considered with something like 100 elo points penalty (like if they had 100 more elo points in their ranking) when they are facing a random team. Because of the voice chat, the habits they get because playing together (etc…), they have a very big advantage against a team that barely communicate or coordinate, especially in lower leagues.

Way too often, I get paired with a team that have no clue against a super trained premade that roll over us. It is not even fun. On top of that, I lose more points when I lose compared to the points I get when I win. I compared many of my games and on average, I lose more points than I win, even against same elo level team. A bit like the early days of the ranked games, when they just released that mode.

Please fix this. Maybe separate completely random team games from premade team games. Or make sure the premade team get a penalty, maybe even 200 elo points, so that they are facing enemies good enough that the game is balanced. Right now, it seems like premade teams win 60 to 70 percent of games. That should not be possible.
