I compared the Team Migration map between the Extended and Retold versions and clearly saw some differences:
–the starting islands in Retold are against the edge of the map which looks unappealing
–the AI players (Retold) don’t move to set up bases on the center island like they do in the Extended version
–the fun and unique character of the old version is gone.
If possible, I’d like to see these parts fixed. I would prefer the map’s aesthetic to be exactly like the old Extended Edition—the starting islands shouldn’t be against the map’s edge, which makes it feel flat and lacks depth. The original design principles should be followed. Thank you.
