technology that normally does not crash but crashes randomly, especially in late game with mod. this has been going on for a long time, about at least 12+ months and sometimes it would even cause game to desync.

please do not brush it off simply because PUP is around the corner and ask to test in PUP. none of the PUP in the past has fixed this so please take a look at it to see whats causing the crash, this as its hard enough to reproduce (crash, desync happens often instead).
