Unit, building and technology thumbnails display squares instead of Polish signs (ą, ę, ó, ł, ś, ć, ź, ż, ń) while civ summary section displays the signs correctly.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Set Polish language
2. Open Technology Tree

EXPECTED RESULT

Polish signs should not be replaced with squares.
