Texas skirmish starts with Barracks?

I’m playing a skirmish map (Texas) starting in the Exploration age.

Playing as British. I start the map with a Barracks and two outposts?

???

I’ve never seen this on all the skirmish’s I’ve played. How can you start with a Commerce age building in the Exploration age? I’ve never seen anything but a TC and some villagers before. Is this a glitch on the Texas map or something else?

I’m pretty sure that is just a feature of the Texas map.

Its part of the map setup. It always starts with 2 outposts and a barracks

This map must be in the competitive one.
