Also I see a lot of other teamgames having this issue

We’re trying to improve our seed to play a tournament and losing all the points we earned in 5 games in a single bug :man_shrugging:

We need you to fix this soon please, or at least get our points back. Literally can’t play rankeds

What time did this issue happen? We announced a server maintenance last night. I would like to know if this issue occurred before or after, and if the problem persists today.

First issue was yesterday
Second was 2 days ago
Last one was 5 days ago

We had a server maintenance days ago that could be the reason for the first issue. However, the team is already tracking the crash issue that could be affecting you in the second and third cases.
