The AI doesn't Respond Properly When It's Under Attack

Issue:

Generally, the AI gathers its troops on newly built town center’s area. However, when the enemy attacks other town centers, it doesn’t react immediately to defend itself from the attack. Rather, it sits there for some amount of time and then sends the troop to defend, though the place had severe damage and hard to recover. Had it reacted early, it could have preserved the town center at least.

Please make the AI to react to the attack wave early so that it can properly defend its base.

Trigger Event:

In the screenshot, look at the greek army sitting at the newly built town center… it should have send the troops much earlier. This happens in any civs, any personalities, any kind of similar situations…

Repro Steps:

  1. Nothing to say to be honest. You can just let the AI gather its forces near any town center, then see the enemy to attack a different town center.
