The Building Carts upgrade for the Golden Horde is bugged

Issue:

When you use a barracks generated from Building Carts and research Barracks Reinforcements, all subsequent Carts share this tech. As a result, Stable and Archery Range units can already produce 3 units even before their respective Reinforcements are researched (Siege Workshops also gain an extra 33% off discount). Then, clicking the relevant Reinforcements again allows for producing 4 units at once.

I don’t understand what needs to be written in this line, but I have written the steps below.

Repro Steps:

  1. When you use a barracks generated from Building Carts and research Barracks Reinforcements, all subsequent Carts share this tech
  2. As a result, Stable and Archery Range units can already produce 3 units even before their respective Reinforcements are researched (Siege Workshops also gain an extra 33% off discount)
  3. Then, clicking the relevant Reinforcements again allows for producing 4 units at once.
