Issue: The Crucible: Lost Perk Points (ps5)

Trigger Event: Lost all my perk points and upgrades purchased with them, I just started the game and they were all gone.

(what was happening at the time of the issue. this could be an action you or another player took right before the issue started)

I don’t know what happened, just lost all my perk points out of the thin air. I thought this was fixed.
