The physical effects of the HD version have not yet been implemented in the DE version.Have developers forgotten or is this effect difficult to achieve?

You mean the animated sails of the ships. Yes, they have been left out of the DE, for some reason. They are motionless in DE.
Of course we would like to have them back, for the realism and the immersion they were offering.

I just want the Indian civs to have a unique sail design. Maybe the wheel of Dharma?
