I get the impression that the game matches me with novice players whenever I play a lot as the Rus. And it’s not just one novice sometimes—it’s two on a four-player team. Why does this happen? It feels like the game thinks the civ has to carry two players, because the imbalance is total. I just have to play as the Rus a few times, and novices start showing up on my team; it’s unbelievable.
