One tech of the ITA church card “Statuto Albertino” which is named “Carabinieri” works improperly to some of ranged cavalries. It is supposed to decrease the ROF of the ranged attack actions of ALL ranged cavalries but actually only PARTLY. Tests show that, for example, the cabine cavalries and Dragoons as well as Conquistadors are properly buffed by the tech, while many ranged cavalries including Crabats, Comancheros and Lipka Tatars are NOT. It is believed that this issue is due to the tech only works for the STAGGER attack actions and DEFEND attack actions, while many ranged cavalries just have RANGED attack actions.

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

 List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start with Italian civ and train different kinds of ranged cavalries and record the ROF of these units. For example, train some Dragoons, Comancheros and Conquistadors in the map BAHIA.
  2. Send the Italian church card and research the tech “carabinieri”.
  3. Record the ROF of these units after researching this tech.

 What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

ALL ranged cavalries can be buffed by this tech since it is meaningless to distinguish Comancheros and Conquistadors/Dragoons in the game.
